  • What types of services does Fulcrum Elite Care provide?

    Fulcrum Elite Care offers outpatient behavioral health services, including individual therapy, group therapy, medication management (if applicable), trauma-informed care, and substance use support. We provide structured clinical services while allowing clients to continue living at home and maintaining their daily responsibilities.

  • Do you provide inpatient or residential treatment?

    No. Fulcrum Elite Care provides outpatient services only. Clients attend scheduled sessions and return home afterward. We do not offer overnight or in-house residential care.

  • Who do you serve?

    We serve adolescents, adults, and families experiencing mental health challenges, emotional distress, trauma, behavioral concerns, or substance use-related issues. If we determine that a higher level of care is needed, we will assist with appropriate referrals.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

    You can schedule an appointment by:

  • Do you accept insurance?

    We accept select insurance plans and may also offer private-pay options. Please contact our office to verify coverage and benefits prior to your first appointment.

    Your first session is typically an intake assessment. We will discuss your concerns, medical and behavioral history, treatment goals, and determine the most appropriate plan of care. This session helps us tailor services specifically to your needs.

  • Is my information confidential?

    Yes. Fulcrum Elite Care complies with all HIPAA privacy regulations. Your information is protected and will not be shared without your written authorization, except where required by law (such as safety concerns or mandatory reporting).

  • What if I am experiencing a crisis?

    Fulcrum Elite Care is not a 24-hour crisis facility.

    We are happy to coordinate follow-up care once you are safe.

  • How long does treatment last?

  • Can family members be involved in treatment?

    Yes. When appropriate and with client consent, family sessions may be incorporated into treatment. Family involvement can strengthen support systems and improve long-term outcomes.
